The products are made especially for our customers when they place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. If the product arrives defective, we are happy to provide you with a refund.

1. Defective Item Eligibility:

- Only items deemed defective upon arrival or within 15 days of purchase are eligible for return.

- To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the defective item.

- Provide a detailed explanation of the defect and supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, if possible.

3. Return Authorization:

- Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package to facilitate smooth processing.

4. Return Procedure:

- Safely package the defective item, preferably in its original packaging, to prevent further damage during transit.

- Include all original accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase in the return package.

- Ship the package to the provided return address using a reputable shipping service with tracking capabilities.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the defect directly results from our error.

5. Inspection and Refund/Replacement:

- Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it thoroughly to verify the reported defect.

- If the defect is confirmed, you will be eligible for either a full refund or a replacement of the defective item.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

- Replacements will be shipped promptly, free of charge.

6. Non-Defective Returns:
